Collision Damage Waiver Disclosure Forms

Maryland law (Chapter 852 - 2018 - PDF) requires all Rental Car and Peer-to-Peer Car Sharing companies that offer Collision Damage Waivers to provide customers with copies of the C​ollision Damage Waiver Disclosure form prepared by the Consumer Protection Division.
